Mon Maki a Moi

From one country to another, Nada followed her passion for Japanese cuisine, trying to find and taste the most genuine and reputed flavors the lands had to offer. With her little green notebook in hand, she wrote and rated everything she saw and tasted. She found the best ginger in one city, the best sushi in another. In other words, she couldn’t find everything under one roof. And as the old Japanese wisdom says: “When you can’t find what you are looking for, create it.” And so she did. That is how Mon Maki A Moi was born.

Project – Mon Maki A Moi Social Media Management

BARB was approached by Mon Maki A Moi to handle social media management and ads for their main outlets and seasonal pop-up restaurants. The sushi brand had no clear identity or strategy. It also needed to set a relevant tone of voice and build a relationship with its pool of followers.

For over 2 years now BARB has been responsible for Mon Maki A Moi’s social media strategies and management.
